These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phjiy ("phjiy," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the phjiy website, mobile platform, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Services"). By creating a phjiy account, accessing the phjiy platform, or using any phjiy Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. To register and use phjiy, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
phjiy reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be in violation of the age requirement will be immediately suspended and any funds held in such accounts may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.
Each individual may hold only one (1) phjiy account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.
When registering a phjiy account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phjiy login credentials, including your username and password. You must notify phjiy immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. phjiy will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
phjiy reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) procedures at any time, including but not limited to requesting government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.
phjiy supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other approved payment methods. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as specified on the phjiy platform and are subject to change without prior notice.
Deposits are credited to your phjiy account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. phjiy is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors. phjiy's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the phjiy Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phjiy account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phjiy does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The phjiy Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
phjiy reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or regulatory requirements. Upon termination, any balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds or amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC or compliance requirements.
You may close your phjiy account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to the applicable game rules.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the phjiy Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. phjiy operates within the framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) for online gaming in the Philippines.
phjiy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phjiy will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of phjiy following the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
